MIB has today released Draft Telecommunications (Television, Radio and Associated Services) Rules, 2026 for consultation
Draft Rules have been framed to consolidate/integrate the various guidelines – TV Uplinking/Downlinking; DTH; HITS; Radio & IPTV, under the erstwhile Telegraph Act, 1885 within the framework of the newly enacted Telecommunications Act, 2023. Deadline for response – 27 July 2026. Click here to View
